Title: Packaging and Handling

Job Description:

  • Daily repetitive building, packaging and boxing of units.
  • Keeping area clean and obstruction free.
  • Ability to take direction and work well with others.


Skills: The ideal candidate will possess the following skills:

  • Ability to stay on task.
  • Work in a team environment.
  • Previous experience working in packaging/handling or assembly a plus.

Title: Assembly Tech

Job Description:  

  • Follow STI procedures to produce consistent, quality products in an expedient manner.
  • Perform simple, repetitive bench assembly.
  • Effectively participate in assembly line production runs.
  • May perform simple smoldering.
  • Help maintain cleanliness and organization in any required capacity throughout the production environment.
  • Learn product numbers and visual identification.

Title: Application Software Engineer

Some of the duties the Application Software Engineer will be responsible for are:

  • Troubleshoot problems and provide customer support for Server Technology employees’ using ERP application software, PLM software and 3rd party interfacing software.
  • Install and test new releases of Epicor ERP software and other 3rd party applications and communicate changes and updates to affected employees.
  • Address support and enhancement requests from users of the system. These include problem reports, change and enhancement requests.
  • Support users by developing needed management reports, dashboards and queries.
  • Problem analysis and resolution at a functional (ERP) and technical level.


Skills:  The ideal candidate will have the following qualifications, skills and experience:

  • Experience with Epicor ERP Software and Service Connect product is a plus.
  • Knowledge of and experience with ERP systems.
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field and/or equivalent experience.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage application software analysis, organize and coordinate multiple activates to their completion.
  • Strong communication skills, a customer service background and ability to work well in a team environment.
  • Technical skills and experience in SQL, database applications, software development and software maintenance.  

Title: Regional Sales Manager- Toronto, Canada
As a Regional Sales Manager, you will use your proven sales techniques, management experience and technical knowledge in:

  • Hiring, training, supervising, developing, motivating and monitoring the performance of all regional sales managers within assigned area.
  • Developing significant relationships with key customers that have area wide impact.
  • Leading, participating in, and providing input to sales teams and initiatives in assigned regions.
  • Organizing regional needs assessment initiatives with regional team.

Skills:  The ideal candidate will possess the following skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or Electrical Engineering.
  • 3-5 years direct selling in a technical field required.
  • 3-5 years experience in training and development that includes areas of consulting/needs assessment, design/development, delivery, measurement and in field coaching.

As a member of the sales team, you will receive a competitive base salary, incentive compensation; participate in incentive promotions, medical and dental benefits, 401k and paid time off.
Salary Range: Competitive Salary Plus Commission Plan. Negotiated Term for Guaranteed Short Term Commission. 


Title: Regional Sales Manager- Northern California
As a Regional Sales Manager, you will use your proven sales techniques, management experience and technical knowledge in:

  • Hiring, training, supervising, developing, motivating and monitoring the performance of all regional sales managers within assigned area.
  • Developing significant relationships with key customers that have area wide impact.
  • Leading, participating in, and providing input to sales teams and initiatives in assigned regions.

Title: Quality Assurance Technician

Job Description:

  • Follow STI procedures to consistently test and validate product quality in an expedient manner.
  • Perform simple, repetitive bench testing under supervision.
  • Majority of non-switching AC PDUs.
  • High sales volume switching AC PDUs.
  • Add-on/expansion products.
  • Effectively participate in assembly line production runs.
  • Troubleshoot and isolate physical and functional product defects.
  • Identify possible failure trends.
  • Read and understand wiring diagrams and layout drawings.
  • Thorough knowledge of product model numbers and visual identification.
  • Able to identify non-conforming parts or assemblies.
  • Perform simple soldering


Skills: The ideal candidate will possess the following skills:

  • Previous assembly or QA Experience a plus.
  • Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.

Title: Marketing Coordinator
Minimum Experience: 2 years in marketing or related field, tradeshow and other industry related events. Undergraduate degree preferred, but not required. Job Description:

  • Development of collateral material using Adobe tools for sales brochures, product data sheets and other marketing materials.
  • All aspects of the trade show coordination: From equipment setup, trades show sign up, equipment logistics coordination from event to event, trade show attendance/ working the booth, tear down and repacking equipment and input of leads into Sales Force for both international and domestic events.
  • Coordination of promotional give away items for the Sales team.
  • New product and pricing information entry and report generation from Sales Force.
  • Assist with ongoing media planning for trade press advertising and placement of new ads and other collateral ad material
  • Research and planning for online marketing promotions and other promotional activities.
  • 25% Travel required


Skills: The ideal candidate will possess the following skills:

  • Photoshop/Adobe Tools.
  • Working knowledge of CRM tool Salesforce.
  • Microsoft Office.
